This allows you to find the ideal position for your elbows and forearms, helping prevent shoulder and neck pain when working with a mouse and keyboard.

What is the difference between synchronous and standard mechanism?

Synchronous mechanism means that when leaning back, the seat tilts slightly forward while the backrest tilts faster. The ratio is typically 2:1 – when the backrest tilts 20°, the seat rises only 10°. This keeps the spine in a natural position and ensures better blood circulation in the legs. Standard mechanism tilts only the backrest while the seat remains horizontal.

How do I adjust the backrest counter-pressure according to my weight?

Under the seat on the right, you’ll find the rotating knob of the synchronous mechanism. If you weigh less (60-80 kg), turn the knob left for lower resistance. If you weigh more (100-120 kg), turn right for higher resistance. You’ll know the setting is correct when the backrest tilts with gentle pressure from your back but doesn’t spring you forward automatically.

Can I sit on the chair all day without a break?

The REZOLUT chair is designed for all-day use and its ergonomics minimize fatigue. However, we recommend regular breaks every 60-90 minutes – short movement improves circulation and productivity. Combine different positions during the day: firmer setting in the morning, gentler backrest tilt in the afternoon.

Is the chair difficult to assemble?

No, assembly takes approximately 15-20 minutes. The chair arrives 80% pre-assembled. You just need to attach the casters to the base, insert the gas lift, connect the seat section, and finally the headrest. All necessary tools and screws are included. You’ll find detailed Czech instructions with illustrations in the box.

What is needed to assemble the chair?

You don’t need any special tools – everything required is included, including Allen keys. Assembly can be done even by someone without technical experience following the enclosed instructions. We recommend performing assembly on a soft surface (carpet) to avoid scratching the components.

How long is the warranty and what does it cover?

We provide a 5-year warranty on all components including the gas lift, mechanism, and construction. The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects. In case of failure, we’ll arrange repair or replacement within 5 business days. This is one of the longest warranties on the market.

What does the warranty not cover?

The warranty does not cover mechanical damage caused by improper use, overloading above 120 kg, or damage during transport by the customer. Normal wear of upholstery (fading, abrasion) after years of use is also not covered by warranty.

Is the chair suitable for people with back pain?

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping in the Czech Republic costs 290 CZK. For orders over 10,000 CZK (e.g., 2 pieces), shipping is free. We also offer personal pickup at our Prague showroom at no charge. For corporate orders of 5+ pieces, shipping is automatically free.

Can the product be returned if it doesn’t suit me?

Yes, you have a 14-day return period without giving a reason according to law. The chair must be unused, in original packaging. We coordinate returns via email at obchod@alupress.cz. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. If you’re unsure, we recommend visiting our showroom where you can try the chair.

What is the minimum order?
